The ground

Lord’s, known as the Home of Cricket, has been at its St John’s Wood site since 1814. It holds around 30,000 spectators and is home to the Pavilion and its Long Room, the MCC Museum and the Media Centre. The ground also hosts corporate events and weddings.

The challenge

Different parts of a historic ground carry different fire ratings, so the panels had to be available in more than one rating while looking the same across the building.

The solution

We supplied our metal door access panels with picture frames in two fire ratings.
