Fire rated plasterboard access panels: the door takes a plasterboard face, so a rated panel can sit in a rated wall or ceiling and still disappear into the finish. Square and circular formats.
Both panels take a plasterboard face so the finished panel can be decorated into the surrounding surface.
Available in square and circular formats, and in bespoke sizes where the opening is non standard.
Both panels here have a beaded frame and a plasterboard faced door. They differ in rating, standard, fixing and lock, so match the panel to what the construction needs rather than treating them as interchangeable.

A one hour fire rated circular plasterboard panel with a beaded frame, suitable for wall and ceiling, in Zintec steel and plasterboard, using the FlipFix face fixing mechanism. The circular format suits openings formed with a hole cutter rather than cut square.
Order by panel size and cut the structural opening 5mm larger. Fire rated panels carry intumescent strips on the frame, do not paint over or remove them. Bespoke sizes are available where the opening is non standard.
