    Skylights Flat Glass Electric Ventilation Rooflight with 150mm Timber Upstand

    A flat glass rooflight with electric operation for easy ventilation, designed with the building owner and installer in mind. It suits flat roofed home extensions and all types of buildings, including schools, public buildings, retail developments and residential homes, both new-build and refurbishment.

    Electric ventilation is standard, with the option of a wall mounted switch, remote control or remote control + rain sensor. Hit & miss trickle vents can also be added.

    10 year manufacturers warranty.

    Measure the structural roof opening width and length in millimetres. Match the ordered unit to the required opening and confirm any upstand or builders kerb dimensions.
