This made to measure riser door configurator is built for projects where a standard stock size will not suit the wall opening. It can be configured as a single or double metal riser door unit for service risers, cupboards and wall access points where a fire rated and smoke tested access solution is required.

The door is available with either a Picture Frame or Beaded Frame, so it can suit different wall finishes while keeping the specification clear and consistent. Both frame options are available for Single Door and Double Door configurations, with Zintec steel construction, a spring pin hinge system, 3 point locking and RAL 9010 powder coated finish.

Frame options

• Picture Frame: 25mm wide frame face for a clean surface-mounted finish.
• Beaded Frame: 50mm frame face designed to be finished into the wall surface.

Acoustic rating

• Single Door configurations can be specified as Non Acoustic Rated or 30dB Acoustic Rated.
• The 30dB acoustic option is available with either a Picture Frame or Beaded Frame.
• The Beaded Frame acoustic specification is tested to BS EN ISO 10140-2:2010. See the Downloads tab for the full datasheet.

Sizing and tolerance

• Single Door range: height 300mm to 2400mm, width 300mm to 900mm.
• Double Door range: height 300mm to 2400mm, width 600mm to 1800mm.
• Structural opening sizes should be entered into the configurator. We deduct 7mm from your measurements to allow for tolerance.

Fire and smoke performance

• 2hr fire rated wall application, tested to BS EN 1634-1:2014+A1:2018.
• Fire classification: integrity (E).
• Single Door and Double Door configurations are supported by the relevant datasheets, certification and test reports in the Downloads tab.
• Tested for wall use from both sides, with the door opening in either direction relative to the fire risk side.
• Ambient smoke control tested to BS EN 1634-3:2004.
• Wall application only.

Construction and finish

• 1.2mm thick Zintec steel door leaf or leaves.
• 1.5mm thick Zintec steel frame.
• 78mm frame depth.
• 3 point locking system with bright zinc plated mild steel hardware.
• Fast fit spring pin pivot hinge manufactured from electroplated steel.
• Norseal FS1000 intumescent foam tape seal to the door closing edges.
• Polyester powder coated RAL 9010 pure white, 30% gloss.
• Corrosion category C1 for very low risk internal environments.
