Project
The London wall place comprises of several multi-storey buildings, including residential, commercial, and retail spaces. The office development consists of a 16-story tower with floor plates of circa 12,000 sq’ft completed to cat ‘A’ and has a striking vertical glazing and a spectacular triple-height space on the top floor.
Riser doors are typically located within riser shafts and are used to provide access to the building’s plumbing and electrical systems, elevators, staircases, and other utilities. These doors are important for safety and maintenance purposes, as they allow building maintenance personnel to access these systems and utilities as and when needed.
